First, Get a Referral from your Regular Veterinarian

Nashville Veterinary Specialists sees patients on a referral-only basis. This means that NVS acts as an extension of your general veterinary practice and provides specialty services when needed. Your primary care veterinarian knows your pet’s medical history and we rely on her/him to detect conditions that require advanced specialty care. A referral from your veterinarian is require prior to scheduling an appointment through our reception desk.
