Dr. Katherine Knox is a Nashville native. She attended Middle Tennessee State University and received 2 Bachelor of Science Degrees in Animal Science and Biology. She then attended The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine where she received her veterinary degree. After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Knox decided to move to Boston and complete an internship in Emergency and Critical Care at New England Animal Medical Center.
Dr. Knox highly enjoys working in emergency and critical care despite the long and odd hours. She has two dogs, Kodo and Scout, and a cat named Phoebe that she shares with her fiancee. In her spare time, you can often find Dr. Knox hiking, backpacking, camping, participating in music festivals, or anything that involves enjoying the great outdoors!
