Dr. Megan Anderson is originally from Nashville. After high school, she completed her undergraduate training at Mars Hill College outside of Asheville, NC where she received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. She then continued her education at the The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. After receiving her veterinary degree, she pursued her training by completing a small animal rotating internship in Florida at Coral Springs Animal Hospital. Since completing her internship she has been working in Florida as a small animal emergency clinician until returning home to Nashville this year.
When she is not helping to save lives, Dr. Anderson enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. She has a rather large four legged family including dogs, cats and horses. You will always find Dr. Anderson outside enjoying all the wonderful things that Nashville has to offer.
