The Client Experience Manager is an on-the-floor manager that is directly responsible for improving the client experience. They will manage and develop staff, train staff, with approximately 15 employees to supervise. They’ll work closely with our staff, doctors, hospital leaders, and management to develop policy, accountability, and directly impact and improve client experience at NVS.
The Client Experience Manager will work closely with the Hospital Administrator to determine hiring, action plans, and terminations. They are the go-to for our doctors and staff for troubleshooting with client concerns and questions, in real time to create consistency and accountability.
Strong customer service skills/background, supervisory experience, and experience/success in leadership. Must have medical/veterinary office experience.
