Pet CPR and First Aid

Would you know what to do if your pet stopped breathing and had no heartbeat? If your pet was choking or had a seizure, would you be able to care for him or her?

Animal Emergency at Nashville Veterinary Specialists offers a free Pet CPR and First Aid Class several times each year. You do not need any previous medical training to attend.

You will learn basic CPR, mouth-to-snout rescue breathing, what to do in the event of a seizure and how to recognize other life threatening medical conditions. You will receive handouts on the items needed for a special first aid kit for your pet, and on common hazards facing our four-legged family members.

To be added to our mailing list to receive a notice about our next class, please email Becky Dan at BDan@NashvilleVetSpecialists.com.
