Dr. Connor was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended the University of Georgia, in Athens, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science, with a minor in Spanish.
Dr. Connor then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine (2014).
She completed a veterinary internship in marine science (2008), on Sapelo Island off the coast of Georgia, and a veterinary externship in neurosurgery on grizzly bear neurological anatomy at Yellowstone National Park (2011).
Ready for the next adventure, she accepted a medical and surgical internship at Nashville Veterinary Specialists and Animal Emergency, which she competed in 2015.
Dr. Connor then accepted a position as an emergency doctor at NVS.
During her free time, Dr. Connor enjoys exploring Tennessee’s trails and parks with her two dogs, Chance and Forrest, and getting to know the Middle Tennessee community. She also enjoys painting and renovating furniture.
