What is Veterinary Cardiology?

At Nashville Veterinary Specialists, we offer medical cardiology and interventional cardiology. Our cardiologists, Dr. Kiira Rodriguez and Dr. Eric Owens, will work with your primary care veterinarian to diagnose, manage, and treat heart conditions in pets. Our board-certified cardiologists have advanced training in the practice of cardiology and have completed a three-year residency program with specialized training in Veterinary Cardiology. Conditions we often treat include:

Interventional Cardiology

Veterinary interventional cardiology is a specialized field focused on diagnosing and treating heart conditions in animals using minimally invasive procedures.
