Dr. Gabrielle Tidwell is an accomplished emergency veterinarian with a passion for fast-paced, impactful care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.

Her journey into veterinary medicine began on her grandfather’s ranch in Texas, where summers spent caring for animals ignited her lifelong love for the field. During vet school, Dr. Tidwell honed her skills on the UT student ER clinical team, where she discovered her calling in emergency medicine. She thrives in the high-energy environment and finds immense fulfillment in collaborating with her team to transform the lives of her patients.

At home, Dr. Tidwell enjoys life with her two beloved dachshunds, Perrie and Lottie. When she’s not in the ER, she loves reading, spending time with her two horses, Reba and Tejas, and attending as many concerts as possible, especially those by Harry Styles and Taylor Swift.
