Dr. Jessica Skinner earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Florida and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida. She is Fear Free certified, and Maddie’s Shelter Medicine certified.

 Drawn to the fast pace, wide variety of cases, and opportunities to collaborate across specialties, Dr. Skinner chose to focus her career on emergency medicine. She enjoys the challenge and reward of helping patients when they need it most.

 At home, she shares her life with three dogs; two pit bull mixes, Tyr and Diego, and an English Mastiff named Ash. In her free time, Dr. Skinner enjoys hiking with her dogs, reading, playing video games, and traveling.
